- Abstract
- Only one case of congenital hereditary lymphedema (Milroy’s disease) has been reported in the Korean literature (1964) by Lim et al. A case of congenital lymphedema (Simple hypoplasia in type) found in an 11 year old female has been presented. She was admitted with lymphedema of the right lower extremity and labia major. We performed a lymphangiogram and venogram for diagnosis but lymphangiogram was unsatisfactory. She received only medical treatment with steroid therapy. She got some improvement after taking steroids for 8 months. A literature review was made on this subject
