Abstract
We experienced a patient of neonatal intussusception arising from a two days old male newborn. Forty days old patient was the youngest one in Korean literature. The patient was suffered from bloody stool from the second day of life and exploratory laparatomy was performed on the fourth day of life and ileoileal type intussusception was confirmed. Etiology of this intussusception was congenital polyp which was diagnosed by pathological slide. The polyp was found at the proximal portion of 45 cm distance from ileocecal valve.
