A Case of Infectious Mononucleosis

Abstract

A case of Infectious Mononucleosis in a 10 months old Korean male was reported. As far as we know, this is the second case in Korea. The diagnosis was made chiefly not on the basis of the titer of Heterophil Antibodies, but on the clinical findings with aid of typical pictures of the smear in pheripheral blood and bone marrow. Review of literatures as for Infectious Mononucleosis was also attempted briefly.
