Abstract |
Takayasu arteritis is a chronic inflammatory arteriopathy of unknown etiology affecting large vessels, particulary the aorta and its main branches.

The diagnosis was made by physical examinations and digital subtration aortography(DSA) which showed occulsion of left subclavian artery and left renal artery and stenosis of abdominal aorta. Medical treatment and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA) were performed. A brief review of literatures was made. |
