| Abstract |
|
We report 1 case of Fanconi’s anemia which has severe pancytopenia, increased fetal Hb,
hyperpigmented skin, absence of right thumb and metacarpal bone, retardation of bone age
and chromosomal abnormalities with a brief review of related literature and references.
