| Abstract |
|
Authors have observed a case of congenital hypoplastic anemia in 18 months old male
patient who was diagnosed through the bone marrow aspiration. The liver was enlarged and
the biopsy specimen disclosed iron deposition in the hepatocyte, which was thought to be
resulted from multiple blood transfusion and administration of iron preparation.
A brief review of related literature was made.
