Abstract
This study was performed to evaluate the changes of measles specific IgG antibody titer using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) on the sera of various groups of age. We obtained the following result: 1) Out of 118cases, 99cases (83.9%) were vaccinated children and 19cases (16.1%) were unvac- cinated children. Among them, the number of cases who had been infected with measles were 17 cases (17.2%) in the vaccinated children group and 13 cases (68.4%) in the unvaccinated children group. 2) The seroconversion rate in the 73 children vaccinated one time against measles and that of 9 children vaccinated two times against measles were 83.6% and 88.9% respectively. 3) No significant difference of measles specific IgG antibody titer were noted according to the age of children.
