| Abstract |
|
A Case of systemic lupus erythematosus in a 15-year old girl was presented with a brief review of the literature. She was admitted with the chief complaints of fever, anorexia, general malaise and hematuria. Ths diagnosis was made on the basis of typical clinical features and characteristic laboratory findings. Inspite of every effort including prednisolone and imuran therapy, the patient failed to recover and expired 26 days after admission.
