Abstract
Plasma thromboplastin component (PTC) deficiency is also known as Christmas diease and hemophilia B. Recently we had seen a case of hemophilia B in a 3 years and 10 months old Korean male in that normal coagulation time was ressotred by stored blood transfusion. The hemorrhagic tendency in this case was so marked as in hemophilia A but we could not find the familial occurence on either side of the family tree. Therefore we do think that was a case of hemohilia B though we failed to do barium sulfate absorption test.
