| Abstract |
|
Authors observed a case of Reye’s syndrome in a 3 years old male patient who had high fever, vomiting, and convulsion followed by coma abruptly. Laboratory findings revealed increased serum transaminase and blood ammonia level. Clini cal findings were compatible with this syndrome. Liver biopsy showed fatty infiltration of
the liver. A brief review of literatures were presented.
