Abstract
Brief report was made about the status of MCH in Korean rural area from the:experience in tfie medically indigent area. Crude infant mortality rate was 89 per 1, 000 live birth. Hygiene in delivery and care of the new born infant was still to be enlightened in relation to the prevention of neonatal tetanus.
