Abstract
A case of monochorial twins with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome was presented. These babies were asymptomatic during the hospital staying for 2 days even though their hematologic data were significant enough to manifest one of the complications. Reviewed the literatures & tried to sum it up briefly.
