| Abstract |
|
A case of spontaneous chylothorax of a six-month old male infant has been presented. He was admitted with the chief complaints of dyspnea, cyanosis and irritability through the emergency room. Chest X-ray (Fig. 1) showed pleural effusion on the right thorax and thoracentasis was performed and the rusults was described to Table 3 which revealed the , character of chyle. Rechecked chest X-ray (Fig. 2) 16 days after contineous closed drainage showed almost clear lung field. Pathogenesis and review of literatures were briefly discussed
