Congenital absence of the pulmonary valve associated with Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF) is a relatively rare cardiac malformation. In the majority of cases, this lesion is associated with ventricular septal defect, obstructive pulmonary valve annulus, and massive dilatation of the pulmonary arteries.
