Severe Iron Deficiency Anemia as a Result of Congenital Hiatal Hernia.

Congenital diaphragmatic anomaly is a rare congenital malformation. A 6 year old boy with pale appearance and complaining of weakness for several months was diagnosed as having iron deficiency anemia as a result of congenital hiatal hernia.
