Osteogenesis imperfecta is an inherited disorders of connective tissue that affects the skeleton, ligament, sclera, and dentin. Characterized clinical manifestation are multiplefracture, blue sclera, deafness, joint laxity, thin skin, and odontogenesis imperfecta.
