Relapsing polychondritis is a rare disease characterized by recurring episodes of inflammation of the cartilagenous structures of the body. Commonly involved organs include the inner and external ear, nose, joints, eyes, tracheobronchial tree, and cardiovascular system.
We experienced a case of relapsing polychondritis in a 4 year old boy with auricular
chondritis, polyarthritis, nasal chondritis, laryngeal chondritis and episcleritis.
