Weismann-Netter-Stuhl syndrome is congenital anterior bowing of the diaphyses of the tibia and fibula usually bilateral and symmetical, which is clinically resembles the sabre shin of syphilis. A case of Weismann-Netter-Stuhl syndrome in a 5 years oldboy was presented with a brief review of literature.
