defect around the ileum. He was born by mid-wife and transferred to our Dep't of Pediatrics，.
In Cheon Gil Hospital on Feb. 9th’ 1981. Vomiting noted one time 17 hours after birth and
abdominal film disclosed markedly geseous distention of stomach and duodenum and no gas。
