Two Cases of Congenital Pulmonary Atresia with Intact Ventricular Septum in Brother.

We have experienced two cases of congenital pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum in brothers at the Department of Pediatrics, College of Medicine, Yonsei University. One of the two cases, 4 months old, was associated with patent ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defect.
