Febrile ulceronecrotic pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta is a severe form of pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta characterized by the sudden polymorphous eruptions composed of diffuse coalescent macule, papule, vesicle, hemorrhagic vesicle and reddish brown crust on the neck, trunk, axilla, both extremities, and systemic symptoms such as fever and malaise.
