An 3490gm. weighing male baby was born by Baccum delivery. The baby expired at 8th hours after birth, due to congenital duodenal atresia associated with massive hematemesis. Postmortem examation. revealed as the following; The lumen of duodenum was completely obstructed with diaphragm-like membrane.
