| Abstract |
|
We have experienced a case of estrogen producing Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor with precocious
puberty in a 2-year-old girl. Her chief complaints were breast enlargement, which was noticed 20 days
prior to admission and vaginal bleeding, which was noticed 10 days prior to admission.
The diagnosis was made on the basis of history, physical examination, ultra sonography, hormonal
study, and histologic study after operation.
She was treated with unilateral salphingoophorectomy.
We report a case of estrogen producing Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor with brief review of related
literatures. |
