Both patients who were severely retarded in height growth had hypertension and one patient had cardiomyopathy. In both patients, vanillylmandelic acid in urine was increased, and phentolamine test was positive. Adrenal mass was visualized by C.T. in each ease. Successful surgical removal was done, and both patients have been in normal B.P. till now without subjective symptoms.
