Abstract
We experienced a case of Acute Werdnig-Hdffmann Disease in 4 month old infant. The patient was presented characteristic clinical, radiologic finding such as Frogleg position tior Bell-shaped thorax. Diagnosis was estabilished by clinical characteristics with radiologic and muscle biopsy finding. We have presented this rare case and reviewed brief literatures.
