| Abstract |
|
Kartagener’s syndrome is a rare disease in childhood. Recently, we experienced a case of Kartagener’s syndrome in a 13 years old boy who had a longstanding history of recurrent respiratory infections since -infancy and childhood, the development of bronchiectasis, sinusitis, and situs inversus. He was treated medically with antibiotics of high dosage intravenously and postural drainage etc. A brief review of literature was made.
