| Abstract |
|
The authors experienced 3 cases of fetus to fetus transfusion syndromes at Busan II Sin Women’s
Hospital to report them as well as brief review of liceratures.
In 2 of 3 cases, there was marked difference in birth weights and hemoglobin levels between two
identical twins.
In the remaining one case, one infant was healthy and grossly normal, while the other had
anencephaly, omphalocele, acheiria, and was born dead. The autopsy showed acardius, which is
one of medical rarity.
