We experienced a case of Hallermann-Streiff syndrome in a 3 month old male with hepatitis B characterized by dyscephaly with bird face, proportionate nanism, hypotrichosis, atrophy of skin, bilateral microphthalmia and congenital cataract. A brief review of literature was made.

Electrocardiographic(ECG) Abnormality in School Children.

Mass electrocardiographic examination was performed on 5,066 children of elementary school in Taegu from Nov. 1. 1985 to Apr. 30. 1986. Among them 30 children had abnormal ECG. We could investigate further on 26 children. The results were as following; The incidence of ECG abnormality was 0.59% (male 0.57%, female 0.62%) initially, on follow-up examination, only 0.39% showed persistent abnormal ECG.
