| Abstract |
|
Bartter’s syndrome is rare disease which is characterised by hypokalemic, hypochloremic
metabolic alkalosis, hyperreninemia, secondary aldosteronism, hyperplasia of juxtaglomerular
apparatus without hypertension.
We had experienced a case of Barker's syndrome in 4 months old girl. The diagnosis was
made by clinical, hematologic, and biochemical studies. Literatures are reviewed briefly
