Abstract
A case of hereditary spherocytosis in a 14 year old male was reported.
Diagnosis was based on spherocytes in peripheral blood smears, marked increased osmotic fragility,
hemolytic anemia and splenomegaly.
Review of literatures was also attempted briefly.
