A case of fatal pulmonary candidiasis was diagnosed at autopsy of 5-month-old female infant. Patient had mild coughing, poor weight gain and marked hepatosplenomegaly. Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia due to ABO Incompatibility was contributed to Kemicterus in our country. We studied the difference between ABO compatible group and incompatible group, such as, day of appearance of Hyperbilirubinemia, tendency of bilirubin concentration change, reticulocyte, hemoglo- bin, and duration of Hyperbilirubinemia. Isoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura is an uncommon cause of purpura in the newborn infant, caused by fetal-maternal platelet incompatibility. The maternal isoantibodies against fetal platelet antigens, which are lacked in mother’s platelets, cross placenta and cause destructions of baby’s platelet. A bady bom with IITP was diagnosed in the first day of life and treated successfully with platelet concentrate of mother’s blood.
