This report presents a case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome in a 7 year old boy. The patient was admitted with chief complains of high fever, dyspnea, cough, abdominal pain, headache, generalized skin eruption after administration of sulfadiazine fcr a period, of 7 days for treatment of pneumonia by a local physician. The diagnosis of Stevens-Johnson syndrome was established by history, clinical symptoms, physical findings and prognosis.

This report presents a case of Cushing’s syndrome in childhood. The 13 years-old female patient was admitted with the complaints of headache, moon face, obesity and hirsuitism, and was diagnosed as Cushing’s syndrome due to adrenocortical carcinoma of the left adrenal gland. Complete resection of the tumor was successfully done- After operation, her clinical course was markedly improved.
