Two cases of hereditary spherocytosis in one family were presented. One case(case 1), 15 year old boy, had icteric sclera since the age of 6. He was diagnosed as hereditary spherocytosis by faifiily history, increased osmotic fragility, increased autdheinolysis negative direct and indirect Cooinbs’ test, and spherocytes in peripheral blood smear.
