One Case of Reye’s Syndrome

A case of Reye's syndrome in a 8-month old infant was presented. This baby was admitted because of coughing, fever, vomiting, and lethergy. Laboratory finding showed increased serunx S-GOT and S-GPT level with decrease blood sugar and CSF sugar levels. Liver biopsy revealed diffuse fatty metamorphosis of hepatocytes. A brief review of related literature was also presented.
