We report a case of ARC syndrome with arthrogryposis multiplex congenita, renal tubular insufficiency and cholestasis. The simple definition of arthrogryposis is "a syndrome of persistent joint contractures present at birth" We have experienced a 4 days-old male baby who had multiple joint contractures with muslce atrophy. Diagnosis was arthrogryposis multiplex congenita and made by clinical finding. A brief review of the literature was made.
