Since the initiation of routine vitamin K prophylaxis in the newborn, the incidence of
hemorrhagic disease of the newborn has been dramatically decreased. We report here a
case of intracranial hemorrhage due to vitamin K deficiency in a 2-month-old which was
diagnosed with cranial ultrasonography. With advent of cranial ultrasonography which is
