A case of Incontinentia Pigmenti

A case of incontinentia pigmenti in a 6-month old girl is reported. The patient showed typical skin lesions of this disease and mild nystagmus with the history of seizures and poor-weight gain. Histological findings of the skin lesion were compatible with the diagnosis of incontinentia pigmenti in second stage. A brief review of literature was made.

A Case of Reye’s syndrome in a 6-months old male infant was presented. This baby was admitted because of unconscionsness and convulsion. Laboratory findings showed increased S-GOT, S-GPT and blood ammonia level. Liver and kidney revealed fatty infiltration. A brief review of related literature was also presented.
