Among the various causes of the left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, endocardial remnant tissue is the least common. A case of a subaortic endocardial remnant tissue is presented. The abnormality was detected in an asymptomatic patient by systolic murmur and was demonstrated by 2-D echocardiograpy and surgery. A Case of Reye’s syndrome in a 6-months old male infant was presented. This baby was admitted because of unconscionsness and convulsion. Laboratory findings showed increased S-GOT, S-GPT and blood ammonia level. Liver and kidney revealed fatty infiltration. A brief review of related literature was also presented.
