Idiopathic Dilatation of the Common Bile Duct in Infancy

A case of congenital cystic dilatation of the common dile buct in a 19 months old female was reported. The case was very difficult to make diagnosis, so she was given exploratory laparotomy. Postoperative follow up was heard she was in good health without any complications. Authors added to review of literatures briefly
