We experienced three cases of Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus, which revealed fullfilling-
all characteristics of clinical 技 laboratory finding during recent 3 years.
Two diabetic children among three patients had developed diabetic ketoacidosis.
The one of the two cases, 14 aged girl complained of dyspnea & severe emaciation.
The another case, 11 year and 2 month-old boy who had cataract complained of severe
