We presented a case of endodermal sinus tumor of the vagina in a 17 month-old female
baby with the complaints of vaginal blee4ing and difficulty of urinations.
Diagnosis was confirmed by the biopsy findings of the tumor tissue from the vagina and
the elevated serum alpha-fetoprotein.
A review of related literatures was made.
