A case of total anomalous pulmonary venous return in a 10 year and 8 month-old female was presented. The patient was admitted with the chief complaints. of palpitation and growth retardation. The diagnosis was confirmed by right heart catheterization and angiocardiography. The review of literature was made briefly.
