A case of incontinentia pigmenti in a 6-month old girl is reported. The patient showed typical skin lesions of this disease and mild nystagmus with the history of seizures and poor-weight gain. Histological findings of the skin lesion were compatible with the diagnosis of incontinentia pigmenti in second stage. A brief review of literature was made.

An autopsy case of disseminated aspergillosis in a 11 years and 9 months old Korean male has been reported. The patient was managed with broad spectrum antibiotics through the hospital stays of two times for liver cirrhosis.
