Goldenhar’s syndrome is a syndrome consisting of (1) epibulbar dermoids and/or lipodermoids (2) preauricular skin tags and blind-ended fistulas and (3) vertebral anomalies. Between December 1987 and November 1988, Twenty infants with ductus-dependent congenital heart disease received intravenous infusion of PGE1 in the pediatric department of Seoul National University Hospital. Nineteen infants had cyanotic congtenital heart diseases and one had severe coarctation of aorta.
