Respiratory severity score-guided postnatal systemic corticosteroid therapy for bronchopulmonary dysplasia in extremely preterm infants

Background: Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is a major complication in extremely preterm (EP) infants. Postnatal systemic corticosteroids reduce inflammation and may help prevent or treat BPD.
