Acute megakaryoblastic leukemia in a very rare type of leukemia characterized by megakaryoblatic proliferation and organ infiltration without proliferation of other marrow elements. The authors experienced a case of acute megakaryoblastic leukemia in a 3 9/12 year-old female patient on admission.
