The activities of serum alkaline, acid phosphatases, G.O.T. and G.P.T. of the maternal and fetal blood were surveyed in 25— 26 normal delivery cases. The serum contents of Ca, Mg, inorg P and Cl of the maternal and umbilical blood were determined in the normal delivery cases. The results obtained are as follows.
