Pulmonaary sequestration is a relatively uncommon anomaly that usually requires arteriography for definitive diagnosis. We recently experienced a case in which the diagnosis of intraloar pulmonary sequestration
was confirmed by aortogram & surgery. The patient was 9 years old female with the chief complaint of coughing, fever, sweating, and myalgia. The sequestration was resected by lobectomy.
