A clinical study was made on 103 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia patients during the period of 3 years from July ’84 to June '87. Indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) and/or cold agglutinin test (CAT) were measured and follow-up studies were done until the 50th day of the illness.
