A case of histiocytosis X (Hand-Schuller-Christian syndrome) in a 3 year old girl is presented. The patients has the triad of exophthalmos, diabetes insipidus and skeletal lesions, plus hepatomegaly, wide spread pulmonary infiltration and growth retardation.
